Couch to 5k or Couch to 10k is free & work very well. Slow build up & easy to maintain. Highly recommended!!

Hi @Pants‌ and CGS Crew - Made it through all 26.2 miles of the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk this weekend and raised a bunch of $$$ to fight cancer. Torrential downpours right up until the start, then it miraculously stopped. I think Jamie has friends in high places now...
