Ok, so not to take away from other threads and their purpose, but I sort of see this idea as a amalgam of a few different threads we have going.
The idea is posting our pull list. Then updating with new posts as we go. Both when we add things and subtract things. Why? Because of a few reasons. As a podcaster (and as a general comic fan) there are always people asking "What are you reading now?" Well, sometimes I forget a title or two. Sometimes I go based on habit, forgetting I actually dropped a title several issues ago, etc. Another reason is that, by telling people when you're adding titles or subtracting titles we might actually get a few discussions going on people reading the same title who have varying opinions. (IE: "I'm considering dropping ________. Here's why." "Oh me too but I heard ______ is coming on the title, you might want to wait just a bit longer!")
That and it can serve as a "What I'm getting as a result of this months PREVIEWS" kinda topic as well. Like, there are ALWAYS titles in previews where I go, "Hmm, let me try that an issue" hence that would be a special order. Or there are others announced where I go, "Oh HELL yeah. I'm getting that ongoing!" hence pull list.
Get the gist? Cool, cause I really like the idea of keeping track of subscriptions, when people drop titles (and why) and seeing what interests people in previews vs seeing which of those interests they're keeping up with 3 months later.
Ok....
I'll start things off and get the format rolling.
PULL LIST:
Angela: Asgards Assassin
Superior Iron-Man
Thor (female arc)
The Multiversity
Gotham by Midnight
Green Lantern
Green Lantern Corps
Green Lantern: New Guardians
Red Lanterns
Sinestro
Nexus Omnibus
Convergence
Batwoman
Chrononauts
Bill & Ted's Most Triumphant Return
Star Wars
ON THE CHOPPING BLOCK:
Amazing X-Men: I loved it when it started. Then the Wendigo thing happened and that was "eh" and now I'm just kinda lost as I read it. I'm not certain it's designed for someone who is ONLY reading that X title.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Spider-Verse titles only
Guardians of the Galaxy (planet venom story issues only)
Batman: Earth One Vol 2
Action Comics #40 (for the Bill and Ted variant)
Batman #40 (for the Mask variant)
Batman: The Animated Series Riddler Action Figure
Alter Ego #132
Back Issue #80
(EDIT: By the way, if it's highlighted in a list, it was in the most recent PREVIEWS. I think that makes more sense than having a completely separate PREVIEWS section.)

It has been awhile since I have looked at it as a pull list. I notice that I am getting a lot of things, which is probably why I am behind on reading a lot of them. But I also don't think I have ever had so much great choice for genres other than superheroes to follow, many by some of my favorite creators. As a result, the creator-owned vs. company owned breakdown of what I am buying is probably the inverse of what it was four or five years ago.
EDIT- Though I am only a month or two behind on All-New and Uncanny. To me, those have been excellent from the start. And I think they compliment each other, but could also be enjoyed individually. If you end up dropping Amazing, I would suggest going back for one of those.

Batwoman (as above)

I really read too many books so when a lot of these end I do not necessarily plan on replacing them, but who knows. I am a big fan of Charles Soule and he has a new creator owned coming soon as well as some other Marvel titles which I suspect may include a run on Daredevil and a solo Iceman title. So I may be increasing my Marvel pulls. Also I read just about everything Valiant to that will also continue.

Wonder Woman trades
Ghost Rider
Have they just done the one volume so far?
Yes.
Just curious.
Amazing X-Men is interesting and it's the first X title I've read in a long time (if not ever) but it's IMPOSSIBLE to read if it's the ONLY X title you're reading. Seriously. It jumps all over the damn place. Like how the holy F did Kurt go evil? And when (if at all) did it get resolved? Because it's sure as crap not mentioned in the VERY NEXT ISSUE.
Sigh. So, so long Amazing X-Men. I loveth thee. Firestar my love, we shall meet again I hope.
DC - time to step it up. Just focus on writing good books with a solid art. May I suggest that when Snyder/Capullo pull of of Batman that we sign on James Tynion IV and Ethan van Sciver? Who wouldn't buy that? (no one say "me" because that would hurt my fragile ego - just kidding :)).

ON THE CHOPPING BLOCK:
Gotham by Midnight: Don't get me wrong. I LOVE the concept. I love the story. But the art is just NOT for me. I think it's perfect for the series, but sometimes it's just too much of a distraction for me.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
MARVEL: Night Nurse #1
MARVEL: Venom by Rick Remender: The Complete Collection Vol 1 TPB
VERTIGO: The Wake TPB
TWOMORROWS: Back Issue #81
CONSIDERING BEFORE ORDERING:
IDW: The Bigger Bang TPB
(UPDATE: Scratch that. Saw some interior pages on IDW's website. The art isn't for me.)Never heard of it before, but the cover art and the concept intrigue me. Anyone heard of this mini-series?
BLUE JUICE COMICS: Accelerators: Momentum #1
Another intriguing concept. The way it's titled I'm assuming there have been prior story-lines. But this one is a group of time lost people who are with a time machine that can ONLY go forward.
BLACK MASK COMICS: The Disciples #1
I don't know. The concept seems mildly interesting but something about the cover just caught my eye...
(EDIT: By the way, if it's highlighted in a list, it was in the most recent PREVIEWS. I think that makes more sense than having a completely separate PREVIEWS section.)
