A theoretical question...

I'm sure by now, many, if not all, of you have seen this image...

My question is this:
Should Spidey not be able to slide the hammer off the lid, since he, technically, wouldn't be picking up, or "holding" the hammer?
The enchantment on Mjolnir is quite explicit, "Whosoever holds this hammer..." Since Spidey would not actually be holding the hammer, simply pushing or sliding it to a new position, could Mjolnir's enchantment be bypassed thus since Spidey isn't actually trying to lift it?

When I first looked at this image, I didn't realize that it was that Spider-Man had to pee and couldn't open the toilet, I thought that Thor had hit Spider-Man in the nuts with the hammer but then he couldn't pick up the hammer to hit him back or something.

I think this means I have just failed the psychopath test.

Recently, the Destroyer wielded the hammer because it's not alive. Could Spidey use a remote controlled car to push the hammer off? What about a rope and pulley connected to a door knob? How far removed does a living being need to be from the hammer to move it?

building on that, if he were to throw something at it, say the bottle of bath salts(?) on the counter, could he dislodge the hammer that way?? see what that age of ultron movie started... lol
