It's May, so let's do this!
The "rules" are simple: Keep a post/log of everything you read and list it on here. At the end of each month pick a "winner" (ie. the book you enjoyed the most for that month) and post it in the next month's thread. Refer to the 2015 or 2014 versions creeping around here for a solid example. I tend to focus on trades, but if you want to log your single issues, go for it. Don't start a new post each time you want to add something - simply edit your existing post. I tend to bold the issues/books that really stood out each month.
New This Year: Just to mix things up...the list seems to focus on quantity, so let's add quality into the mix. If you read a book that really knocked your socks off - put a sentence or two out from it that clues the rest of us in that this might be a book worth checking out. You don't have to do it for every book, and it's probably a good idea just to keep it to a sentence or two, but I think this'll add some fun to it and maybe generate a discussion or three.

Comments
February Winner: Blast Furnace: Recreational Thief! (Indie)
March Winner: Multiversity: Collected HC (DC)
April Winner: Nisekoi Vol. 14 (Viz)
May Books:
Master Keaton Vol. 5 (Viz) - This one didn't grab me immediately the way Monster and 20th Century Boys did. It's not the same kind of storytelling. Now it's got me waiting for each new volume.
Master Keaton Vol. 6 (Viz)
A Silent Voice Vol. 6 (Kodansha) - The volume I was really waiting for - each of the side characters gets an individual one-shot so we get a look at their motivations and history. Seriously folks, if you're not reading this, you're really missing out.
Nisekoi Vol. 13 (Viz)
Pandora in the Crimson Shell: Ghost Urn Vol. 4 (Viz)
The Ancient Magus' Bride Vol. 4 (Kodansha)
Wonder Woman: War of the Gods TPB (DC) - Proof that not all events are created equal. This one was a real chore to get through. Storytelling that was all over the place, albeit with great artwork.
Tokyo ESP Vol. 4 (Vertical)
Suicide Squad Vol. 3 : Rogues (DC) - Forgot just how political Ostrander could get without really shoving his politics in your face the way some books do. Never really seems to take a side but lays it all out there for you to make your own mind up about.
I Hate Fairyland Vol. 1 (Image) - Genius from cover to cover. Strong contender for my favorite book of the year
Blood Stain Vol. 1 (Image) - Stjepan Sevic's wife is every bit as talented a storyteller as he is. It's criminal is what it is!
I Am A Hero Vol. 1 (Dark Horse) - One of the best zombie stories I've read in a while. Takes its time to really make you feel for some of the characters before they get nom nom'd up by the undead.
Starfire Vol. 1 (DC) - In Palmiotti and Conner I trust..
Azrael Vol. 1 (DC) - I'm one of the few card-carrying fans of Jean Paul Valley. Also, it's a shame that Joe Quesada guy never did much more in comics after Sword of Azrael came out.
Star Power Vol 2: The Search for Black Hole Bill (Indie/Kickstarter) - Do yourself a favor and pick this and its sister volume up when/if you find them at conventions or if a REALLY SMART COMPANY decides to pick them up for distribution. Yeah, they're that damn good. Makes me sick I'm not that good...that's how good they are!
February Winner: Unity #14
March Winner: Sex Criminals #14
April Winner Ghostbusters Deviation
April was a good month of books. I wanted to give my winner to Ghostbusters and everything Valiant I read last month. Valiant is my favourite publisher right now. Putting DC and Marvel to shame. If you're reading anything marvel give something a shot, there's a book for everyone.
May books...

Rai vol.2 & 3

March Winner: Spider-Man #1 - Miles Morales is back! YEAH!
April Winner: Peanut - This was a library book. Good story about a teen girl who switches schools and pretends she has a peanut allergy. I believe it was published several years ago.
