Mouse Guard being made into a movie.

Great news for CGS friend of the show and early guest Dave Petersen getting a movie deal! I remember how Bryan Deemer was hoping for a movie using traditional animation and now 10 years later you have movies like Jungle Book whose technology this movie will utilize. Amazing! I'm also happy that I assume that Dave owns Mouse Guard still and he'll make bank on the movie and merchandising.

May as well dig this old thread up since there's been an update.
As a potential sign of what Disney having control over so many franchises can do, news came out yesterday that production on the Mouse Guard movie was halted with only two weeks to go until production began.
