The 2024 Reading Thread — The “Comics Are on the” March Edition

Get to steppin’! Read those comics!

The Rules

Log everything you've read this year. Just edit your existing post or you (and we) will get confused trying to keep up. At the end of each month, I'll start a new thread and you can pick a "winner" from your favorite books. You can focus on just trades, or just write about the good stuff you've read.

How is Torpedo ’72? I thought about picking it up, but I'm not nearly as big a fan of Risso’s work as I am of Jordi Bernet.

    Not reading, but a listening.

Eric the kiddos love the cowboy bebop album but there is a double lp called " real folks blues " that gets a bunch of the other cowboy bebop songs.

I like the first album better but " Real Folks Blues " isn't bad. Makes me want a double lp of samurai champloo.

Well, besides the double album soundtrack, I have "O.S.T.1" and "Blue" (the first and third original soundtracks) on CD. Got those years ago at Heroes Con.

I didn’t love it. The art is beautiful of course, but the story didn’t grab me the way I wanted it to. And the obvious bad thing you can see coming a mile away felt a little unnecessary. That’s hard to judge given we’re only one issue in, but I probably won’t keep up with it. Sorry if that doesn’t make sense, trying not to spoil it.
