Change “sometimes” to “consistently” and I will absolutely agree with you. It went downhill a bit with the third series, but the first two—especially the ones drawn by Mike Parobeck and Rich Burchett— were fantastic one-and-done stories. And I would argue that Mad Love is one of the greatest Batman stories ever produced regardless of universe.
Pretty sure you're right, and I hope he's making a ton of money on those books, I'd just love to see him inking something I'd read.
Nobody makes a ton of money working for Archie. The book does sell reasonably well. In fact, I think it’s Archie’s best seller, but Archie doesn’t pay nearly the page rates that Marvel and DC do. Unfortunately, Marvel and DC don’t seem to want to give him any work for whatever reason.
