Wow, I always wanted this one when I was a kid. Saw it in a cross-ad or something. I was the biggest Squadron Sinister/Supreme fan as a kid...didn't read it until many years later...

I have no idea. I had forgotten the cover until I was digging through one of my longboxes today.
@dubbat138 Also "amazing" (ha)....and I can't wait for the upcoming return of Xenozoic Tales!
@Caliban Never thought I'd see a Tharg surfing cover - LOL! Loved that Alan Moore collection of Future Shocks.
From me, some classic monster love today! This is what would have happened if you kept feeding those Sea Monkeys in the 70's....

I'm sure @WetRats will tell us where it come from originally.
Lettering in the blurb is cooler in the original, but you can't beat the DOOMED! in the reprint.
As usual, I like the original coloring better.
Cover by Jim Lee
I like this so much more than his more recent over-rendered work.
Rick Veitch
Clive Barker
Gil Kane
Kevin O'Neil
Donald Simpson
I have always loved his artwork. And loved Fantagraphics short lived Monster Comics imprint. Their Freaks and King Kong comics were great.
