Do you have any Uncanny X-Men single issues? I can send you my list if that helps.
I do. They are of varying conditions. I stated collecting during Claremont's run and read the hell out of many of them (those were the days) until the early 90's. A list would help. I will have to figure out which box they are in... I'm happy to look and see. If I have anything you want, great. if not, that's ok, too.
Preludes & Nocturnes (4th printing) The Doll's House (5th printing) Dream Country (3rd printing) Season of Mists (11th printing) A Game of You (3rd printing) Brief Lives (7th printing) Worlds' End (3rd printing) The Kindly Ones (4th printing) The Wake (3rd printing)

I have a set of Secret Wars 1-12. 8 (black Spidey) and 11 are probably Fine. The rest are probably VF. Ebay is all over the place. Sold listing prices are scattered (also many are best offers and I do not see what the offer was). Any opinions on fair pricing?
I also have a Fine set of Secret Wars minus issue 8. I think they are Fine. Any thoughts.
I typically used Newkadia to back check pricing. They list the Guide prices on their website. Seems the current Fine value is $3 for the commons, without #8 the only Key in that series, I would think getting $15 to $20 for the set would be about right. Unfortunately, these are really considered bulk books by most dealers, unless they are high grade. And even then…. people want #8.

Thanks. I think 15 - 20 feels right. I've never used newkadia before. I've known, and forgotten, about it several times. I appreciate the reminder.

Also, most books are "bulk books". Also, it's always a "stagnant market" with "low demand".
If is sell issues to my local shop I almost always taketheir asking price. I typically decline giving them my asking price and then ask for a second quote if I prefer store credit (I prefer feeling like I'm trading comics). Store credit can be 10 to 20% higher sometimes.
Sorry, I began to ramble. I typically accept the offer given. I fully understand the small profit margins and cost of keeping on the lights. I also helps to trust you local owner.

Some users "favorite" certain threads, so when a new post is made it will alert the user's actual email. Each new post you've made sent a new email notifying the forum member of an update, thus clogging some users inboxes.
If this is how you want to update your list, I don't think it's that big of a deal. It may be annoying to some, but I think we would all just eventually get over it. I do think internet forum etiquette dictates that you just create one long post with each item. Or you could create a new or "updated" post every couple of days.

I agree. @popestu I think having the image and then the price, like the posts you made, is a good way to do it, just better to group them into one big post. This thread gets closely watched by the bargain hunters out there, so they won't miss anything if things get grouped that way. Thanks.

How many pics can be added to a post?
I have never tested the limit, but definitely multiple ones. You can also use links to images or listings. And there have also been users who have had a lot of success with this thread even by just listing names of titles they are selling (as, by listing here, you are reaching people who have a pretty good idea of what's what in comics to begin with), so they may not need pictures of everything.
