That looks pretty awesome. I guess it was the Lazarus Pit then. I think this is interesting and like the inclusion of Vandal Savage as the villain.
I was actually hoping for the Anti-Monitor, all things considered -- but I don't have a problem with Savage. In fact, he's probably the better choice for a villain to get this series started.
You know, given that Hunter claims that he's part of a group called the 'Time Masters', my suggestion that Time Masters would be a better title for the show doesn't seem so off anymore...
Here's a podcast that I haven't listened to yet that has this show's showrunner on it. Hopefully I'll get a chance to listen to it in the next day or so.
Any thoughts on who could make a good Hawkman? A friend suggested an actor I never heard of named Derek Theler. He's apparently on a sitcom a never heard of either: Baby Daddy. I searched him on youtube and it looks like he could fill the revealing costume.
Since comics are inherently a visual medium and the superhero genre is filled with iconic representations of its characters I think it's only natural that there be some connections in the translation from one medium to another. Go too far off the rails and you end up with this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9PS11H5v8ew
Not directed at you but why is it when fans discuss casting they almost entirely focus on whether the actor looks like the character.
It's probably the easiest thing to jump on first. And probably the reason most casting discussions by the masses should be ignored. Haha. Or they can't see beyond an actor's already established work. "Jaimie Alexander played Sif? Then she should play Wonder Woman, Big Barda and Valkyrie! Oh wait, she doesn't have blonde hair!" Duh.
Wow! I don't mean this as a dig, but my nose is straighter than that guys, and my nose looks like it's trying to make time with the ear on the RH side of my head.

A great decision, as there's no practical way on a TV budget to keep them from looking goofy at rest.
At least they're gonna have peripheral vision, unlike seemingly every archer character on TV.
Here's a look at the Hawkman suit from another angle.
