As usual with a movie so far away, this should be taken with the largest grains of salt
It IS interesting how half the titles can be more directly associated with Batman then the other half. I mean it's not "Batman v. Superman,' BUT it does seem as though the idea to have the Dark Knight character appear more prominently then a supporting character is being highly considered. I feel like I have read this concern somewhere before. :-\"

"Man of Steel:" is at the beginning of all of them. As long as that's the case, and the subtitle isn't shorter and more singularly identifiable to this movie, then I, and I think many others will be calling it "Man of Steel 2", especially when talking about it with non-comics people. For instance, "Thor: The Dark World", I was calling it Thor or Thor 2 when telling/asking friends and family about going to see it.
All of them make me cringe, but a couple less so than the others. It seems like they're getting close to, but maybe can't use for some reason (?) ":Shadow of the Bat" because of it's use for the '90s comic series where that was the subtitle to the main title of "Batman:".

They are all horrible, but I don't expect any of them to be the final title.

They are horrendous. And we can only hope there's new title possibilitied coming soon. If 'Man of Steel' will be apart of the title, I'd prefer they just at a word or two like they did with TDKR. Something like 'Man of Steel Resilent'. And yes, I know that title sucks too, but its an example.
There can be no other title than Man of Tomorrow for a true sequel to Man of Steel. Works on all levels. Doesnt really work for a superman / batman team up movie though. Im thinking this may be more of a sideways sequel to MoS like Avengers was a sequel to Iron Man or Thor Etc. in a sense. Theyre going to have to think outside the box for title to this one. I cant think of one.

I'm not too familiar with this fact, but supposedly Superman, Batman/Bruce Wayne, & Lex have all been referred to in some regard as a/the Man of Tomorrow. I don't recall either Batman OR Bruce Wayne being referred as that.

For me the only title is Man of Tomorrow, or simply just Superman.

Glad to read that Shawn Ryan is one of the people hired to write it. And it is a great comic with a lot of potential (and hopefully, if it gets made, that many more people will read the original).
One thing, though, regarding the AV Club's reporting- would it have killed them to spend a tiny bit more ink to call it "the Ed Brubaker AND SEAN PHILLIPS comic" rather than just "the Ed Brubaker comic"? I get when some mainstream sources are so used to the idea of sole authorship that they refer to collaborations by only the one name, but I feel like the A.V. Club should know better.
Human growth hormone is amazing. One of these days we're all going to be watching two dozen actors appear in front of congress to discuss the rampant use of performance enhancing drugs in Hollywood.
Bummer. That is some poor casting. Wonder Woman should have some substance and presence ... Gal Gadot looks like she would fall over in a slight breeze.

I'm sure her newly appointed personal training team, private chefs and nutritionists are working on giving her more substance.

Actually, aside from the small...attributes, I don't think her body type is wrong. She has an exotic look, tall (for a woman), and even served 2 years in the Israeli army.
I just don't like another non-Superman character dumped into his sequel. Just call this Justice League & be done with it.
I agree with @Matt on this. It's becoming less of a Superman movie and more of a DC Trinity movie. It's not a bad thing to be sure but stop saying this is the Man of Steel sequel when you're adding all of these other heroes as well.
the one on the left is what he normally looks like, he took away all those things for the machinist, not put them on
though I'm sure she'll be able to bulk up if that's what they want her to do, she already looks pretty strong
No. He's obviously not machinist thin, but he is not inBatman shape normally. There have been dozens of articles written about all the food he had to eat to get ready for all theo movies. Just look at him since he left, much more of just a normal looking guy.
Yeah, don't get me wrong, I WANT to see a movie with Superman, Wonder Woman, & Batman (not this Batty Warbucks portrayal over an age on par with the other two...but that's another rant) fighting together. I just don't want to be told its one thing when its clearly something else.
At this point, I feel any character development of the movie's star character (perhaps even address/correct some of the fan complaints) will be pushed aside to work in 2 other icons & build toward a bigger (& rushed) movie.
Comments
I'm not too familiar with Superman to even suggest a storyline title. 'Exile' is pretty much the only real storyline I read.
Someone in the comments section suggested 'Man of Tomorrow.' That seems most appropriate with both Kent, Batman, & Lex if he's introduced.

;))
Gal Gadot is Wonder Woman

I also fully expect it to be Diana only, no Wonder Woman appearance for this movie
drugs, a lot of food, and weights can do amazing things
