Its NBA Playoffs so I have been focused on that. Speaking of NBA, I love basketball; its the greatest sport every invented (that is a science fact).
So last Saturday my daughter was toodling around my backroom with a tv remote in her hands. We don't watch tv with her at all, it's off when she is awake, but she loves playing with remotes. Anyway she cut the tv on while mashing buttons and figured out how to change channels. After fumbling her way through the 10 or so channels on that tv she stopped on the Warriors/Pelicans game then put the remote down to play with a stuffed manta ray.
She's always been My Baby, but now I'm thinking 4/5 years from now I'll be able to take her a game. Assuming the new LA ownership group doesn't ship them to Seattle and I quit watching all sports for years.
Islander fan here. That Game 4 OT is gonna be a killer for them. Could have had @nweathington & his Caps with one foot in the grave.
Outside of the Rangers, the Islanders were the matchup I most hoped the Caps could avoid. They always give us fits. But it certainly makes for an exciting series.
Okay, so a perusal of my YouTube channel (well one of them) has revealed that my most popular video is my review of Toxin: the Devil You Know at 126 views.
@nweathington I broke out my Islander jersey last night for the first time in 20+ years. Promptly put it back into mothballs.
@TheOriginalGMan, it's not over yet. The Caps have found plenty of ways to give up a series over the years. That being said, it was only a matter of time before Halak had a bad game.
After recent events on other threads, I'm so glad at being part of a forum full of reasonable, rational and intelligent people, not to mention likeable.
Two of my three sisters teach at this high school, so I may be a bit biased when it comes to my enthusiasm for this video the school released yesterday. In any event, well done, students!

Anyone have any idea as to why?

Unless you're considering Kal-El to be the Space Ace, in that case, I suppose Jack Knight.
