"Vehicle" by Ides of March, what a bountiful bucketful of blaring brass!
That is a great song, and I don't hear it on oldies or classic rock radio as much as I used to. That may be due partly to no longer living near Chicago, which is where they originated.
but im not sure i totally approve of Rocket's voice... sounds a little high pithced?

just saying... you'd think it'd be a little raspier... maybe they did not want to mess with mr. cooper's voice too much... they want it to be recognizable...
just thought it'd sound more like a smoker or a dude with a hairball in his throat...
I'd heard rumors ranging from Jason Statham to David Tennant. Two very different approaches, but I think either would have worked. A tough guy voice coming out of a Raccoon, or a dignified British accent, as he mows down people with a gun, has more character to me than Cooper.
But, neither of them has been nominated for an Oscar, so I'm betting Marvel couldn't resist getting another A-list actor in one of their films.

The bass lines on the extended version at around the 5 minute mark are masterful. Haha ~ these are the tunes on the radio when I first began reading super-hero comics.

Some of the places I read said that he's been tapped to do the voice of Thanos. If that's true, I find that a little unfortunate.
I wouldn't be surprised if it is voice-only for Guardians as those effects are so deeply underway. But it will probably be MoCap and voice for any subsequent appearances.
Feldman as Rocket would be the greatest comeback in Cinematic history. I would totally love that. Unfortunately it looks like Bradley Cooper is a lock for Rocket. Maybe Feldman could be Doop in the next X-Men movie?
Ok, cool...I guess...but if it's true it means (REDACTED) will be played by a 43 year old actor. (REDACTED) has never been portrayed as being that old...mid 30s at the absolute most.
Then again Hank Pym is being played by a 69 year old actor...
I agree about the age thing, comic wise he's younger than spider-man, and since ASM recently established the spider bite was 13 years ago that makes Peter Parker 28 (which is ridiculous but whatever). Said character should be 25 at most. I also don't like that actor and I love that character so this is disappointing to me.
OK... so he's not playing "That Character" (which sucks, that alone would have been worth the price of admission). Since the Kree play a pivotal role in the film, I'm going to guess he is Mar-vel.

I'm a fan of Fillion, but he has becomer rather girthsome. I don't know if he could pull off Mar-Vell. Could he be the Supreme Intelligence?
