For just three easy payments of 19.95 you'll get my two week karate course on dvd and YOU TOO can be a masked vigilante! Don't be the only one on the show not wearing leather or fighting crime! Order today! On a serious note, she is still hot.
I like the costume well enough. It's a nice take on the character and I like the twist of Laurel taking up the mantle in honor of her sister as opposed to her mom in the comics. I do hope we see more progression in her training and skills. Sarah had League of Assassin training. Laurel has Ted Grant boxing lessons and not much of it. I don't see Oliver training her after what he had told Laurel but I could see Nyssa training her. That would be interesting.
The boxing glove arrow was outstanding. I hope they do call Roy Arsenal because that name is awesome. I cannot wait for the next episode with Cupid. This show is just all kinds of awesome.
I COMPLETELY missed the boxing glove arrow the first time around until I saw it mentioned online. I really need to stop catching up on these shows during my lunch hour. I miss so much when I'm multitasking...
I'm really excited about this season even more after hearing Stephen Amell he did an After Show for episode 6 and he brought a lot of insight only like someone like him could have.
Anyone who has doubts about the Laurel character and weather or not she's believable as Canary should watch it because the guy hosting it came right out and told Amell he hated Laurel and couldn't take her seriously as Canary and what Amell said has me sold they will do it right.
And he also basically confirmed that Supergirl will crossover with Arrow and The Flash even though it's on separate networks.
I thought the Cupid episode was a good middle-of-the-road episode... but I especially loved the teasers at the end of the episode, especially the one with Ray Palmer. :)
OK I have a few ideas on who it could be that killed Sarah.
1. Tommy. I think out of all of my ideas I would like this the best because the story of it could be really good. Ollie's former best friend basically cementing himself as his arch villain. And Laruel's former lover being the one who killed her sister.
2. Ra's. On his order though not himself. I think him playing a buff could be possible maybe he didn't think she was worthy of his daughter & it gives him an excuse to come to Starling which will happen. & I have feeling when it does Ollie & Malcolm will team up to fight him because there is zero chance Ollie can take The Demon on his own.
3. Nyssa. I think maybe she wanted an excuse to kill Ollie because she's jealous of Sarah still loving him. & her end plan will be after Ollie is dead she would resurrect Sarah with the Pit.
4. The Huntress. I doubt this one the most but when Felicity said the Arrows head more force than normal it maid me think about what could give an arrow more force without super strength? & that was a crossbow & there's only one character who use's one & it's The Huntress. Why she would do this I have no idea?
Loved the second part of the Flash vs Arrow story. I love Digger Harkness and the actor who plays him was really good. Loved the episode and I can't wait for the next one.
Catching up on season 2 of Arrow. I'm loving the show. Just one thing....
I can get over the ridiculous amount relationships and hooking up, but some one Ollie's choices cause way more problems. Really? Thea can never know about her birth father? The handling of the Hunteess situation? "Neither of us think clearly when our families are involved." Hypocrite :p
Oh and "you need to not be around her, Roy."
I know, it's tv show 101. There had to be drama and conflict. I just hate when someone who has learned and is much smarter goes about stuff poorly.
Earlier in hone second season, Ollie is trying to convince Sarah to talk to her family and tell them she is alive. Ollie ,emotions that her family will hate him for lying about her death, and Laurel would never want to talk to him again, but it would be worth it.
So.... what happened to all that hate? Because down the line of the season, it's -never- brought up, and Detective Lance even shakes Oliver's hand for being too harsh on him in the first season.
