Holy shit, when did MoonKnight move to DC? lol. Was the chick Killer Frost or a new baddie? Not very impressed with the trailer but I'll give it a shot.
Since 3d movies are fading, I'm betting the whole 3D TV thing will fade pretty quickly as well.
I predicted it wouldn't last long. We got one with a 3d Blu Ray player and while it is neat. It isn't that great. Plus the extra pairs of glasses cost too much.

The "Moon Knight" guy was Anarky and the chick was Magpie.

Killer Frost is an old DC villainess, going back some 35 years or so now. She's part of Firestorm's Rogue Gallery.

I can see the confusion, though... I don't like the character redesigns or the CGI. Makes me rather glad I don't get CN.
Yeah, I'm not a fan of designs myself and while I knew that wasn't MK,I really did think that was Killer Frost. She has a striking resemblance to Killer Frost from the Young Justice cartoon,at least I think so.
Captain Nemo could be coming to the small screen and he’s bringing some friends with him. FOX today gave a put pilot commitment to League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. The one-hour drama is based on comic guru Alan Moore and illustrator Kevin O’Neill’s multi-volume series featuring Nemo, Allan Quatermain, Dracula’s Mina Harker, the Invisible Man and Dr Jekyll/Mr. Hyde. The Victorian Era-based series from the Watchmen and V For Vendetta creator was first published in 1999 with subsequent volumes moving through time to the contemporary UK. Like with the 2009 Watchmen film, Moore is not involved in this project neither is O’Neill. Michael Green will serve as EP and showrunner for the 20th Century Fox TV produced project with Erwin Stoff also executive producing. Today’s announcement is not only the studio’s first major drama sale at FBC this development season but comes just under a year after the Gotham creator inked an overall deal two-year deal with 20th TV for cable and broadcast projects in co-junction with Stoff. Of course this isn’t the first adaptation of Moore’s League. 20th Century Fox put out a feature adaptation in 2003 starring Sean Connery and Jason Flemyng among others. The tepid box office response killed off any plans for a franchise. Michael Green is repped by WME, 3 Arts and attorneys Patti Felker and Bruce Gellman.
I've now almost gotten myself caught up with Raising Hope. The show is sheer genius. The self referential meta component of last season's 2-parter Yo Zappa Do! was absolutely spectacular. I'm particularly in amazed of Garrett Dillahunt's portrayal of Burt. Having previously only seem him in things like Deadwood, Life and Sarah Connor Chronicles, I'm loving his comedy chops.
Finished the season opener of Once Upon a Time this morning with my kids. I hadn't thought it possible for the quality of the writing and acting to get any worse. Alas! Sometimes the light at the end of the tunnel is a train.
Once upon a time I thought the show is at least serviceable. I've seen the first 9 episodes of the first season. Is it worth the time to finish the first one? I somehow don't feel like missing something. Please tell me if I'm wrong. ;;)
In my opinion, it's gone downhill from there. Acting has gotten progressively weaker and the writing is has all of the quality of low budget cable access.
Actually at this point I'll trade them both in for more Sleepy Hollow. 3 episodes in and I'm digging it. The dialogue is certainly better.
I thought that Grim actually started to pull it together last season as it moved away from freak of the week and more toward at least a couple of more lengthy story elements. Grim isn't a first to watch sort of show for me, but it's a couple of steps above Once...
Other than SHIELD, I'm not at all enamoured with any of the new offerings. Brooklyn 99 could be OK, but it's stuck in a rough time slot going up against SHIELD and the Voice.
ETA: Spent part of August trying to play catch up on Raising Hope using the Fox mobile app. Saw far too many commercials for Sleepy Hollow and was left a bit cold by them - likely due to oversaturation.
When both shows started I expected to like Grimm more but I was mistaken. It was kind of freak of the week which is okay, a lot of shows start out like that while they find their footing, x-file or smallville or supernatural for example. What I wanted from Grimm was just an episode or two of regular cop stuff. Does EVERY case he comes across now in the course of his job involve a hexenbiest? Come on! can we have just a one off human murderer?
Aaand the CG is really weak. I only made 6-7 episodes into first season and dropped off. Once Upon I made through season one and 3-4 episodes into season two. I dropped off it too but just because life has been hoppin. Is be willing to go back and catch up on those but I'm done with Grimm.

And Nemo will be all dark and brooding.
And Mina Harker will be like the Paris Hilton of the Victorian Age.
And Alan Quaertermaine will be constantly shirtless.
And it will be called, "Extraordinary."
Okay, I haven't heard any of this. I'm making it all up. Still, I think I may have just excited the CW executives at the possibilities.
Life-changing.
Had to stop, though... too much of a good thing, ya know.
