    Good ol' UPS. Rather than deliver that other box to my LCS, they decided what they'd really rather do is ship it back out of Providence, where it was received, to Chicago. They said they were sending it back to its sender. Even though the sender was in New York. 8-}

The "I finally watched The Descendants on DVD after a tough week w/ my mom her health problems w/ Fibromyalgia so very little time for comics the last week" Edition

    ACTION COMICS #9
SMALLVILLE SEASON 11 #1 (Giving this series a chance)
    JUSTICE LEAGUE INTERNATIONAL #9
    DAREDEVIL #12

FCBD 2012 PEANUTS ADVENTURE TIME FLIP BOOK
FCBD 2012 WALT DISNEYS DONALD DUCK FAMILY COMICS

    Matthew

    PS
After watching The Descendants yes I know Clooney is playing "the normal guy/father w/ lots of money & real problems" in this movie but I would go on a 5 minute bitchfest to the wife in the hospital bed. Judy Greer's last scene was the next best thing though. The movie had slight twists here & there that didn't go the easy way out & overall a dang good movie for it. 5 stars go see this movie -- single, married, w/ kids or w/o kids go watch this film.

Cool! The first issue of my run on the Hack/Slash back-up feature, The Corpse, comes out today!

This is part 5 of the feature, and it's an interlude, so there's not a lot of action...that kicks in next month. Story by H/S editor Jim Lowder, pencils and inks by me, colors by Mark Englert, and colors by Crank!

I didn't know about this. So.... sell me on "The Corpse." I know you're not writing it, but what's it about?

Sent in the 1920s, the Corpse is a vigilante in the vein of The Shadow or the Spider, except that he's a reanimated corpse.

I'm standing in the store right now and it's sold out. There's a big space in between Grimm Fairy Tales and Iron Man.

    *spoiler*
For those who have read the build up to this story, you may have saw it coming. Deadpool actually does something to make the old school fans remember the good old days, he actually fights to save his friend. I know it doesn't seem like much, but it's something other then what we have been getting since Wolverine: Origins.

    The "surprisingly" little edition:

ADVENTURE TIME #4 - Meh, I'm sticking with it until #6
HARDCORE #1 - Not at all interested but we'll see
SAGA #3 - WANT! So badly do I want to read this right now.
THE MANHATTAN PROJECTS #3 - Dropped. This one got pulled so I'll check it out but this series is doing nothing for me.
VALEN OUTCAST MAIN CVRS #6 - So sad to hear this is being stopped at issue #8. This was one of the most underrated comics currently coming out and I was loving this more than almost everything else. Gutted. :(

Godzilla Hooded Sweatshirt! I had missed this in my Previews and my LCS was able to snag me one! Awesome Surprise!
Dancer #1 - The art won me over and I had to have a copy! Looking forward to reading this!

@Greg, no problem, I wish I had turned more people on to it now :( I seriously would fund this book personally to keep it alive.

I read all of my books, and Hardcore #1 actually kept me interested and I will read more! Dancer #1 was such an unexpected surprise! I loved this book! Saga was weaker than the previous issues but had a lot of emotion and drew me in majorly, this is the best comic I have read in years, maybe ever. Manhattan Projects, this does nothing for me at all, I don't find it fun or interesting, just nothing. It isn't my cup of tea.
