ENDS 12:07 EST. This project has met its goal and you can still get in on it.
Not comic book-y, but there is a close tie-in with them funny books--especially them European funny books. These are regular playing cards with special art and backstory. If you're into card games or board games, you should get in on this. Only 8 hours left!
I have a comic in the upcoming Unlawful Good crime comic anthology, currently on Kickstarter, with art and colors by Leslie Gauthier and Lesley Atlansky.
Also, Dean Stahl, Mira Mortal and I have a comic coming out soon in the Killer Queen anthology, which you can support not through Kickstarter, but through Patreon.
Any support would be appreciated.
As for backing, the last three comics I backed were Gangs of Camelot, GreyHaven Comics, and the graphic novel, Split.
It's gone from $750,000 to 1,725,000 since last night!
Not bad for a $10,000 Kickstarter with no stretch goals.
I should know better than to click on links you all post to kickstarter . . . The game reminds me of Killer Bunnies, which is a family favorite, so of course I had to back this

If you haven't tried Kittens In A Blender, give it a look.
I haven't backed anything in a while but past contributions have gone to Anathema, Gail Simone's Leaving Megalopolis, Amy Reeder's Rocket Girl, Molly Danger HC Vol 1 and Greg Rucka & Rick Burchett's Lady Sable and the Pirates of the Ineffable Aether Vol 1 HC.
Exploding Kittens is now above four and a quarter million dollars, and it is the only time in all my dealings with Kickstarter that I've seen the backers/pledges update while I'm reading the page. And, it has done so THREE times in the few minutes I've been there.

Hey, everyone. Friend of CGS and Athena Voltaire creator Steve Bryant has a new project up on Kickstarter with artist Jason Millet.
Undead or Alive will be an 80 page book telling the story of a team of supernatural bounty hunters as they chase a creature through the swamps of Louisiana. I've read the script, and it's a fun adventure with some inside humor sprinkled in accompanied by some lovely artwork.
Rewards range from digital copies, to prints, original art, and best of all, a chance to appear and even be killed in the pages of the book! Don't miss your chance to have Steve and Jason kill you.
I was looking into the new "Ultimate Night of the Living Dead" universe after spotting a few new titles in this month's Previews catalog on pages 346-348. Apparently this is a series of titles from Double Take Universe, a new publishing company I had not heard of before. It's creators telling stories set in the universe of the cult classic Night of the Living Dead, George Romero's 1968 classic zombie film.
Double Take's GM is former Marvel Publisher Bill Jemas, and he also has had a hand in crafting the stories for a number of the ongoing series. All ten first issues will debut simultaneously in September.
Even though some of the titles are being solicited in Previews, I discovered that there is a Kickstarter project for Ultimate Night of the Living Dead, where you can become a backer of the project and by pledging just $10 or more you can get a super pack of the number one issues of their first 10 titles in print as well as digital copies. Which if you only want PDF’s you can get all 10 for only $5. A sweet deal.
While we all know that many kickstarters don’t see the light of day because they don’t reach their goal, but with these books already being solicited, I think it is probably a safe bet, and you get your money back anyway if they don’t meet their goal.
Next up is from Shawn Pryor Cash & Carrie. As bonus Shawn is given .pdfs of his prior work, including Mercury & the Murd ( for those new to CGS yes it is "our" Murd), for any pledges $10 and up. Take a look at this one guy.
The Sunday Comics is a new twist on the old traditional paper.
The Hardcover of this looks like the one most tempting ($95 may be a bit much - includes shipping), though the 200 page newspaper version looks pretty cool too.

It's just a great game: simple, fast, fun, cute and grisly.
Unbelievable.

It's insane.
They met their $30,000 goal in approximately 2 minutes.
The total is going up about $1000 every 5 seconds.

It looks amazing; that Wendy Pini can draw. I wish I could afford it, but I thought it might be right up your alley TS
